If you are occupying a building which was built after 1994 it should have a Health and Safety File in order for it to comply with the CDM Regulations 2015. This document contains important information on the following:

If you have carried out any refurbishment works since the building was constructed a Principal Designer should have updated the Health and Safety File and supplied this to you. Remember that this is a living document for you to consult whilst you are operating the building or have sub let it to another company so that they have the information to hand when required.
